This rule really is important for all the projects we do. It's high-risk work. You know, from underground line strikes to slope instabilities, potential cave-ins in your trenches, really something that has a lot of risk associated with the work. So really how we mitigate that is from the very beginning. We put a big emphasis on pre-job planning. I think the value that Hess puts on keeping people safe is real important to me. You know, if we can't keep our people safe, really none of the other stuff matters. Everybody, everywhere, every day home safe. It takes everybody.
